Liz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals harness their unique strengths on their path to healing and self-discovery. As a member of the queer community herself, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and affirming space where everyone’s stories are acknowledged and accepted.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, Liz empowers her clients to embrace their experiences, thoughts, and emotions in a non-judgmental way. Through a collaborative and personalized process, she guides clients in identifying their unique strengths and positive attributes, helping
to build resilience and lay the groundwork for lasting change.

Liz offers telehealth services across Massachusetts. She accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aenta and Optum insurances. Optum is typically referred to for Harvard Pilgrim and UnitedHealthcare, but can refer to other insurance as well. Otherwise, she currently charges $200 for the initial intake session and $175 for every individual session, as well as offers support with out of network reimbursement.
