A Little About Tiffany

Tiffany (she/her/ella) is a second-year Master of Social Work student at Springfield College. Her experience working as a somatic coach with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals inspired her to pivot to a career in social work. As a queer and Autistic ADHDer, Tiffany knows how important it is to work with a practitioner who understands both your queer and neurodivergent identities.

Tiffany is a certified Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach, a certified post-traumatic growth coach, and a graduate of Alchemical Alignment’s Somatic Work for Trauma Resolution and Embodiment of Spirit training program (Modules 1-7). Tiffany is also a clinical member of the Neurodivergent Insights Learning Nook, where she receives continuing education on neurodivergence. As a clinical member, Tiffany is also able to share neurodivergent-affirming worksheets and workbooks published by Neurodivergent Insights with her clients. In her first year of internship, Tiffany was a crisis counselor at a national child abuse hotline, where she supported callers in both English and Spanish.

Tiffany brings an in-depth knowledge of the nervous system, somatic trauma-informed practices, and neurodivergent psychoeducation to each session. She loves working with clients who are wanting a safe space to process past trauma experiences, folks who are coming out/coming home to their identities later in life, and neurodivergent clients who are wanting to create a life that feels supportive, accessible, and good. Tiffany provides sessions in English or Spanish.

In her free time, she likes cuddling with her cats, spying on the neighborhood's cute porcupine, and dancing in the kitchen while her cats not so secretly judge her.
