Bre Bielecki
Clinical Therapist
(they/them)

A Little About Bre

Bre (they/them) is a queer, non-binary artist and therapist who brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field to their work. They’ve spent years in alternative settings supporting people in crisis and those navigating extreme or altered states, including time at Soteria Vermont. Before becoming a therapist in 2020, Bre also worked as an art instructor for neurodiverse individuals with high support needs, combining creativity and connection to support self-expression and healing. Since then, they’ve focused their clinical work on supporting queer and trans youth and adults, neurodiverse populations, polyamorous relationships and individuals, and those experiencing grief and loss, focusing on building empowerment while also allowing for space to be messy.

Bre’s approach is non-pathologizing and deeply human. They hold an existentialist perspective—stretching from the stars to the self, grounded in the belief that seeking meaning in a world with social systems that often deny our wholeness is in itself an act of resistance. Their practice is IFS-informed and DBT-informed, established in the belief that therapy can be a tool for liberation. Bre holds a strong awareness of how larger oppressive systems shape our mental and emotional health, and they work to create a space that’s both grounding and expansive—a space where hope can take root, shame can loosen its grip, and new ways of living can begin to emerge.

Their work is guided by the relationship you build together. Bre values meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment—trusting that your inner world already holds wisdom. Sometimes you just need a little space to listen to it.

Whether you're looking to ground yourself through daily stressors or dive deep into the roots of what’s coming up, Bre is here to collaborate with you in building a life worth living, both within yourself and your community. No matter what you are facing, all parts of you are welcome.
