Christine centers her work on the client’s whole self,
approaching every session with openness, curiosity, and a calm demeanor. She is a proud member of the queer community and welcomes those who identify as LGBTQ+. She is a tuned-in, deep listener who creates a safe space for you to explore and express yourself freely.
Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or recovering from a history of trauma, Chris will be present as a respectful witness, offering feedback and support, and even bringing a sense of humor and irreverence! For those who have been putting off dealing with an addiction, Chris can help them to finally address it using an empathetic approach without confrontation or ultimatums.
Chris draws from a varied mix of therapy modalities using a foundation of Relational-Cultural Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also a specialist in the field of Substance Use Disorders utilizing Motivational Interviewing and the Stages of Change to help clients make meaningful change in their lives.
Christine offers telehealth services across Massachusetts. She accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aenta and Optum insurances. Optum is typically referred to for Harvard Pilgrim and UnitedHealthcare, but can refer to other insurance as well. Otherwise, she currently charges $200 for the initial intake session and $175 for every individual session, as well as offers support with out of network reimbursement.
