Hayley Greland (she/her) (MA)
Hayley (she/her) is a pre-licensed clinician working towards her LMHC licensure. As a member of the LGBTQ community herself, she is passionate about providing care in a space where the client’s full range of identity can be expressed and embraced.
Life can throw a lot at you and at times, a guide for the ebbs and flows can be needed. Hayley is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works from a trauma-informed lens to provide affirming care for her clients. She began her career working from a developmental and behavioral perspective with neurodivergent youth. She has expanded her areas of knowledge to draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and mindfulness modalities (breathing techniques, meditation, body relaxation tools, sensory awareness). Hayley also utilizes a spiritual lens if that aligns with your beliefs.
Through understanding the mind-body connection and incorporating holistic interventions, Hayley works with you to create goals that align with your vision for yourself by incorporating your past, present, and future selves. Hayley seeks to help you build resilience, resolve negative core beliefs, and live a fulfilling life. She will listen from a non-judgemental standpoint and adapt your treatment for your individual needs. She combines her insight to help you understand your emotions, identities, and continue their personal growth. Together, we create a safe space where you feel open to dive into current stressors and work to resolve them. She has experience with anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, attachment issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, issues related to chronic pain, and trauma based issues.
Hayley’s inclusive approach helps foster a holistic and understanding therapeutic journey for each individual she serves. Hayley offers telehealth services across Massachusetts and accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts (Commercial), Aetna and Cigna insurances. Otherwise, she currently charges $200 for the initial intake session and $175 for every individual session, as well as offers support with out of network reimbursement.
